Snow Day!

Well, I've changed out my commenting system, and I'm in the middle of updating my links on the right. Everything should be fixed by this weekend.

In other news, a huge snowstorm hit the Northeast last night.

With it came about 8 inches of snow in New York City.

My office was closed today; I stayed indoors and worked from home.

I would have liked to go sledding in Central Park! But woe to me - I was on a conference call all morning.

Afterward, the partner in charge of the call told me he'd call me back in a couple of hours to talk more about this project.

He never called back!

He probably went out to play in the snow with his kids...

the news tonight showed kids in Central Park having fun. while i envy them their fun, i can't deal with that much snow.

Grrrr! I absolutely hate conference calls.

I have to take conference calls a lot lately and am soooo not enjoying it. It drives me mad when you can hear someone's dog barking in the background (err...should you be at your office?) or the baby crying.

You so know he did! and you know if you had not hung around waiting and waiting he would have called for sure.

Stay warm, stay safe, stay happy!
