These Are the Voyages
Well, the generic Tussin did its best, but in the end I succumbed to another nasty cold.
The second in under two months! What's going on?
Has my approaching-middle-age body given out on me already?
Fortunately, tonight the Husband and I, sick dogs together that we were, found the cure for what ailed us:
After watching four back-to-back episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation on tv tonight, we did feel better.
Maybe it was Dr. Crusher's soothing bedside manner that did it.
Although it's always bothered me that Dr. Crusher never wears a doctor's coat or has her hands covered in blood, like most doctors do. And her hair is always perfectly coiffed.
She uses that little handheld Nintendo Game Boy-looking thing to diagnose her patients. She never has to touch any of them!
And she can always exam everyone fully dressed. Nobody ever has to take their clothes off and put on that paper nightgown for Dr. Crusher.#
Isn't it part of the future that nobody has to touch anybody?
Perhaps you have the same cold, but just had a little lull in between installments? I hope you kick that virus to the curb...for good! :)
i bet if you looked hard enough, you could find another dr. crusher that makes all her patients take their clothes off ;)
you need to wipe off all your doorknobs and junk like that...
Thanks, everyone! It's definitely been an uphill battle..
I went for Little Mosque on the Prairie for my cold. Maybe ST next.
