So as I've mentioned before, I was recently told by my doctor that I have elevated blood sugar and I'm pre-diabetic.
Not a big surprise, since Type 2 diabetes runs in my family. But in a way, a surprise, since I'm still in my 30s.
I've had some success in modifying my diet and exercising more.
On the minus side, it means less rice, less stuff like bread and fruit, and pretty much no dessert.
On the plus side, this means lots of high protein breakfasts! Yay!
